Eric Wing

Eric Wing founded MetroCreate Studios in 2008 and led its evolution into Darby, the digital optimization company operating today through Darby, LLC. The work began around a simple idea: organizations deserve to understand their own digital marketing. Over nearly two decades he has worked with organizations across healthcare, education, manufacturing, professional services, and nonprofits — most of those relationships measured in years rather than campaigns.

His current work focuses on generative search and machine understanding: what AI systems can actually determine about an organization, where the available evidence falls short, and what that means for visibility, credibility, and demand. He writes about that shift in Darby Insights, and applies it through marketing optimization engagements.
