Turning a Service Website Into a Clearer Path to an Estimate
Mastodon Moving needed a website that could support a growing service business without losing the search visibility and lead flow the existing site had already built. The project combined website redesign, service organization, conversion planning and migration work.

The problem
A moving-company website has to answer practical questions quickly: what services are offered, whether the company handles a particular type of move, where it operates and how to request an estimate. The new site needed to make those paths clearer while protecting existing search equity and inquiry workflows.
What we changed
- 01
Clarified the service structure
Reorganized residential, commercial, specialty moving, packing and storage information into clearer customer paths.
- 02
Strengthened estimate and contact paths
Made quote and contact actions more prominent and connected inquiry forms to the company's existing lead-routing workflow.
- 03
Planned the SEO migration
Preserved important URL relationships, redirects, metadata and structured content as the new site replaced the previous version.
- 04
Built around customer questions
Expanded service and supporting content so prospective customers could find practical information before requesting an estimate.
- 05
Added focused landing-page paths
Created dedicated experiences for referral audiences and campaigns without making the primary website harder to navigate.

The new experience
The new site gives prospective customers clearer paths from service research to estimate requests while giving Mastodon a stronger platform for ongoing SEO, GEO and campaign work.
